Design Policies and Procedures

POLICIES

• Contract with ARIEN GLOBAL
  By engaging us, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. Please note that our policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.

• TIMELINE
  Delivery timelines are subjected to the quantum ordered for a project. It will be discussed at the time of finalization of designs. Normally, production timeline ranges from 30-45 working days & additionally 1 weeks time for our design development team (CAD drawing & or 3Ds). The production timeline begins once the drawings/dimensions are approved by the client.

• Deposits and Payment
  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and before the final package is delivered. A final invoice will be emailed to you before the delivery.

• Quotes
  Quotes shared are valid for 45 days, after 45 days we will need to re-quote the project/designs. This is subjected to the current market scenario, cost may differ, kindly, recheck before placing the orders on the old cost sheet/BOQ shared.

• COPYRIGHT OF OUR DEVELOPMENT
  Furniture developments/design created at our studio are custom-created by us and also exclusively for other business associated with us. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of our and other business design rights if they are used elsewhere. Business Clients are responsible for any copyright or trademark issues related to the creation and use of project files by any other customer. Customer shall be solely responsible for any trademark or copyright searches pertaining to the project unless otherwise contracted for in the project specifications. Designers will not knowingly copy other rightfully trademarked or copyrighted material.

• REVISIONS
  Each design can be revised up to 3 times, for any additional changes charges may apply. Additional revisions will be quoted based on the project/design.

• PORTFOLIO AND DESIGN CREDIT
  We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.

• Cancellations
  You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable

• CHANGES/RETURNS
  No design changes or refund request or product return will be accepted by us once its delivered to the location. QC photos will be shared before the dispatch/packing.

• WARRANTY
  Warranties are subjected to each furniture item. Arien Global, offers 1 year warranty on the structure/base materials. No wear and tear on the surface will be considered as any defect from our end after the dispatch of materials. We are happy to re-finish/re-polish our products anytime in the future (charges may apply).
